TASVALÚO provides this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, with the aim of ensuring privacy for its clients and anyone who shares their personal data with TASVALÚO, including but not limited to sensitive personal data* that may be requested by us. If you share personal data with TASVALÚO, it will be understood that you have read and accepted the terms of this Privacy Notice and that, for any dispute or claim arising from it, you submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City.

Insurgentes Sur 64-601A, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, informs its clients, senders and recipients of electronic correspondence, users of the website www.tasvaluo.com, and anyone who has provided their personal data to TASVALÚO, that TASVALÚO is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of such data. Consequently, TASVALÚO will not sell, assign, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties outside of TASVALÚO without your prior consent, unless such actions are required by a legal obligation on the part of TASVALÚO.

As the owner of personal data, you or your legal representative may: (i) express your desire to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data for processing purposes; (ii) express your refusal for purposes and transfers of personal data that require your consent; and/or (iii) exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (also known as ARCO Rights), through written correspondence addressed to contacto@tasvaluo.com or to TASVALÚO’s address, in which case you will receive a written response through the means you chose when initiating the procedure to exercise these rights, within no more than 10 business days.

TASVALÚO reserves the right to modify the terms of the Privacy Notice by publishing them on its website. TASVALÚO recommends reviewing the Privacy Notice with each visit to the website to be aware of any modifications or updates made to it.
